Patient Relations

The University of Kansas Health System wants to make sure that your experience with us is nothing short of exceptional. We encourage you to voice questions about your rights or concerns to any member of your care team, with the goal of improving your experience while you are here. Our patient relations teams in the Kansas City metro area and Great Bend are available to assist you in all matters related to your satisfaction.

Patient relations services

Our patient relations team is available to assist with the following matters:

  • Filing a complaint about an unresolved care, safety or service issue
  • Contacting state licensing or other accrediting organizations
