We provide a range of services including cardiac rehabilitation, family medicine, laboratory services, physical and occupational therapy, specialty clinics and a walk-in clinic. Our Convenient Care Walk-in Clinic is not for emergency situations, but we can treat conditions that require immediate attention when you aren’t able to get in to see your regular healthcare provider. The St. Rose Medical Pavilion laboratory offers comprehensive services and provides accurate and timely test results. For your convenience, cardiologists rotate through St. Rose Medical Pavilion, allowing you to receive cardiology care and rehabilitation without traveling out of the area.
Patient and visitor information
From Highway K-96 or Highway 281
Turn onto Broadway Avenue.
St. Rose Medical Pavilion is on the south side of Broadway Avenue.
Free parking is available on the south side of the building, where the entrance is located.
Inside main entrance, stop at the registration desk on the right if your visit is an evaluation appointment. Then take the elevator or stairs to the left of the main entrance to the 2nd floor and go all the way down the hall to the west end past the Family Medicine clinic.
