The University of Kansas Health System’s Quivira Medical Pavilion A is a convenient location for patients in the southwest Kansas City area to access the benefits of evidence-based care from an academic medical center. Quivira Medical Pavilion A offers orthopedic, plastic surgery, rehabilitation and urology care as well as imaging services.
Please allow extra time to reach this location. From April 2026 to January 2027, there will be road construction between 143rd Street and 151st Street, which may include closure of the Quivira Road entrance. The 151st Street entrance will remain accessible throughout the road work project.
Patient and visitor information
From I-35 S., take Exit 222A to merge onto I-435 E.
From I-435 E., take Exit 82 for Quivira Road.
Turn right onto S. Quivira Road.
Travel 5.5 miles and turn right onto West 151st Street.
Destination will be on your right.
Free parking is available immediately outside the entrance.
Upon entering the building, there's an information desk. Check in at one of the registration desks on either side.
Please note we are located at the northwest corner of 151st Street and Quivira Road in Olathe, and not farther west at the intersection of 151st Street and Mahaffie Street, just south of the Garmin building. Some GPS applications are guiding patients too far west.
