We offer physical therapy and occupational therapy for adults and children. We work with inpatients and outpatients at convenient locations throughout the area to provide evaluation and rehabilitation services for optimal healing and improved quality of life.

From I-35 S., take Exit 210 to merge onto US-56 W. toward Gardner.
Follow US-56 W. for 1.4 miles.
From US-56 W., turn right and travel for 299 feet.
Turn left again and travel for 49 feet.
Turn right and travel for 138 feet.
Turn left again and destination will be on the right.
Free parking is available in front of the building. Upon entering the building, check in at the registration desk.
