Our physical therapists work with inpatients and outpatients at convenient locations throughout the area to provide evaluation and rehabilitation services for optimal healing and improved quality of life.

From I-435 W., take exit 81 to merge onto US-69 S. Take the KS-68 exit toward Louisburg/Ottawa. Turn left onto KS-68 E./K-68 Hwy. E. Turn left onto E. Crestview Drive. Turn right, then turn right again, and your destination will be on your left.
Free parking is available near the building.
