At this location

We offer a range of family medicine services for young and old alike as well as urgent care for when you need us. Our urgent care team offers walk-in appointments and extended evening and weekend hours for conditions that require immediate medical attention but are not life-threatening. We also have onsite laboratory and X-ray services.

Patient and visitor information

Take I-35 S. to Exit 207 for Gardner Road.
Turn right onto S. Gardner Road.
Turn right onto W. 189th Terrace.
Make an immediate right and then a left turn.
The destination is on your left.

Free parking is located directly in front of the building. Upon entering the building, check in at the registration desk.
