CLASS INFORMATION:

The BIG for LIFE eight-week course helps keep you motivated to exercise and practice your LSVT BIG Home Exercise program with others in a fun and safe setting! Olathe Health Rehabilitation Services will be offering this course to anyone who has completed the individual LSVT BIG treatment

protocol with a physical or occupational therapist. This course is taught by a certified instructor.

During class, you will:

• Practice the 7 LSVT BIG Maximal Daily Exercises
• Practice functional movements and activities
• Walk BIG!
• Try other fun exercises with a focus on amplitude
