GOLF CLASSIC CANCELLED!

It’s official...it’s a rain out! We will not be playing golf this afternoon but come on out and have lunch provided by Tyson and Sodexo. Registered afternoon players will receive a voucher to play at a later date. Thanks to everyone who’s braved the rain to support Hospice House!

 

Friday’s forecast calls for rain. While we hope it will not be a rainout, we do want to be prepared and make the most of the day. Please dress accordingly and come ready to play at your scheduled time, rain or shine.

With safety in mind, OHCF will make every attempt to hold outdoor events on the same day as scheduled. Weather updates will be provided every 30 minutes until a start or cancel time is determined. Golf rounds may start late or be shortened. Updates can be found on our Olathe Health Facebook page, or call 913-791-4216.
In case of a cancellation, players and volunteers are invited to join us at their scheduled time at Sycamore Ridge for a day of fun and food. The OHCF and Sycamore Ridge staff are prepared and ready to do what we can to get players on the course. If the event is cancelled, players will receive their on-course gift and a Sycamore Ridge gift certificate for a round of golf. A rain date will not be scheduled.

7 a.m. - Volunteers to assigned locations
7:10 a.m. - Players to carts
7:30 a.m. - Shotgun start
12:30 p.m. - Awards for morning flight

12 p.m. - Lunch - Provided by Tyson and Sodexo

AFTERNOON FLIGHT
12 p.m. -  Afternoon volunteers arrive, registration
1 p.m. - Volunteers to assigned locations
1:10 p.m. - Players to carts

6 p.m. - Afternoon awards and snacks - Provided by Subway, Sysco, 7UP, Crawford Sales
