Diabetes Self-Management Education

Our staff are specifically trained in diabetes management and can help you achieve your diabetes goals. Diabetes education classes are designed for adults with a diagnosis of type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Each class is made up of three sessions.

Cost may be covered by your health insurance plan (individual policies vary, check with your insurance provider to verify coverage).
