Breathing in Wellness is a free four-part educational series that will help you combat the stress, anxiety and uncertainty of life with cancer.
Each week patients and their caregivers who are impacted by cancer will explore four core mindfulness skills.
BENEFITS OF MEDITATION INCLUDE:

- Lessened symptoms of stress
- Improved coping skills
- Improved sleep quality
- Lowered heart rate, respiration rate and blood pressure
All sessions are on Tuesdays from 3 to 4 p.m. on the following dates: April 7, 14, 21 and 28.
