BLS Renewal


This American Heart Association CPR course is intended for healthcare providers (physicians, nurses, paramedics, EMT's, nursing students and assistants, RT, PT, OT and other allied health personnel) seeking to renew their BLS certification.  This class provides a review and practice of all the skills taught in the BLS Provider class.  A certification card valid for 2 years will be issued after successful completion of the skills and written test.  Participants will have hands on practice so comfortable clothing is recommended.

This class teaches CPR skills for assisting victims of all ages (including ventilation with a barrier device and a bag valve mask device), use of an AED and relief of a foreign body airway obstruction (FBAO). 

  • A certification card valid for two years will be issued after successful completion of the skills and written test.
  • Participants will have hands-on practice, so comfortable clothing is recommended.
