Congratulations to Brandon Fry, RN, BSN, Robotics Coordinator at Olathe Medical Center! He was instrumental in getting the Robotic Surgery program started at OMC and helped make it a nationally recognized program in the world of robotic surgery. The robotic surgery team completed 100 surgeries in just seven months!
"Brandon excels in everything, from championing the robotic program to his number one love - being a daddy," said Frankie Beeney, Director of PeriOperative Services for OMC. "When he sees an opportunity to grow or advance his professionalism, he doesn't hesitate. With his move into a leadership role, he has been open to coaching and taken to heart ways to improve his skills. I truly enjoy working with him."
The Outstanding Associate award recognizes employees throughout our health network who are role models of the Olathe Health mission, help progress their departments and the whole organization, and provide exceptional experiences for patients and visitors. Six Outstanding Associates are chosen annually. One of these recipients is chosen by senior leadership for the prestigious Frank H. Devocelle Legacy Award.
