IQHealth is a free web-based tool that allows you to access your health system records anytime.
IQHealth is not intended for emergency communications or services. Emergencies and urgent conditions should use urgent care, emergency department, or call 911.
What is IQHealth?
Rather than anticipating a phone call from your physician, now you can get the results of your lab work and health system records by logging onto Olathe Health System’s IQHealth. IQHealth is a free web-based tool that allows you to access your records anytime and anywhere you have an Internet connection. With IQHealth, you can communicate securely with your physician and clinical staff, request appointments, submit renewal requests, view test results and manage your health profile.
The new IQHealth tool offers a number of benefits, including the capabilities to:
- Track and review your records within Olathe Health System clinics
- Check your health system information 24/7
- Compose messages in private and at your convenience – such as starting a conversation with your doctor to clarify what your lab results mean
- Have a better understanding of your health history for reference on future health screenings and doctor’s visits
How to use IQHealth
Inbox and Secure Messaging
When you logon to IQHealth, you can click on “Inbox and Secure Messaging” where any unread messages from your physician’s office will be displayed. From here, you can choose to send a message to your physician’s nurse or send a message to request a prescription renewal. All messages sent and received through IQHealth are secure, however, please note that your physician’s nursing staff may help triage your messages to and from the doctor.
By selecting “appointments,” you can request a new appointment, reschedule, or cancel an appointment.
Within IQHealth, you can view lab results, such as blood work. Your doctor’s office will still contact you to discuss any results that are considered out of range, but you’ll be able to access your results online, print and track them over time.
When a new message arrives in your inbox, an email alert is sent to the email address you provided when you set up your IQHealth account.
How to get started
To sign up, contact your Olathe Health System physician clinic. You’ll be asked to verify your personal information and provide an e-mail address. An automated e-mail with a link and instructions for initiating the registration process will be sent to you within 2-3 business days. The IQHealth home page presents an easy-to-use page for you to access your health system information.
What if I forget my IQHealth password?
Simply visit olathehealth.org/iqhealth and select “log-in.” On the login window that appears, choose the “Forgot your password?” link. Follow the instructions to go through the process of resetting your password.
