Sleep Disorders Seminar

Having trouble sleeping? You could have a sleep disorder.

Answer these questions to see if you’re at risk.

1. I often doze off while I’m watching TV, reading a book or at the movies.
2. I sometimes doze off while driving, at work or at other inappropriate times.
3. My partner tells me I snore loudly.
4. My partner says that I sometimes stop breathing when I’m sleeping and then make a loud snort or gasping noise when I start breathing again. 
5. I’m often sleepy and/or irritable during the day.
6. I often wake up complaining about non-restful sleep.
7. I often experience a creeping, crawling sensation in my legs while trying to rest.
