Honor and remember your loved ones through the Tree of Memories, an annual fundraiser that supports residents of Johnson, Miami, Franklin, Linn and Douglas counties who may be facing end-of-life illnesses.

These butterfly-shaped ornaments are available in two sizes and donation levels, and may be personalized with the name of your loved one. Your purchase helps the caregivers at Hospice of Olathe Medical Center provide services such as medical, emotional and spiritual care to our patients.
