Frank H. Devocelle, President/Chief Executive Officer, joined Olathe Health System in 1971 as the Assistant Administrator. In 1975, he assumed his current position. Mr. Devocelle holds a bachelor's degree in Management from Quincy College and master's degree in Business Administration from Western Illinois University. He is a member of various professional and civic organizations including the American Hospital Association, the Healthcare Financial Management Association (Advanced Member), the Olathe Area Chamber of Commerce (Board Member) and the Olathe Rotary Club.

     
  John Staton, Senior Vice President/Operations, joined Olathe Health System in 2000. He holds a master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas and a bachelor's degree in Medical Technology from Pittsburg State University. John is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow (FACHE) of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is a member of various professional and civic organizations and boards, including the Boys and Girls Club of Kansas City-Olathe Unit, Johnson County Juvenile Corrections Advisory Board and the Olathe Rotary Club.
     
 

Tierney Grasser, Senior Vice President of Finance/Chief Financial Officer, joined Olathe Health System in 1988. She received a bachelor's degree in Accounting from Baker University and she received her Certified Public Accountant certification in 1983. Ms. Grasser is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Healthcare Financial Management Association and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Johnson County Health Partnership.

     
James Wetzel, MD   James Wetzel, MD, Senior Vice President/Chief Medical Officer for Olathe Health System, Inc. Dr. Wetzel received his bachelor's degree and completed medical school at the University of Iowa College of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency programs at the University of Kansas Medical Center. He is board certified in Internal Medicine.
     
 

Amy Meglemre, Senior Vice President/Chief Nursing Officer, joined Olathe Health System in 2003. She holds a master's degree in Nursing Leadership and Management from Western Governors University, as well as a bachelor's degree in Nursing. She also holds a bachelor's degree in Biology from the University of Kansas in addition to an associate's degree in Nursing from Johnson County Community College. Amy is a member of the American Association of Critical Care Nurses and the American Organization of Nursing Executives.

     
 

Mike Jensen, Vice President/Marketing & External Affairs, joined Olathe Health System in 2006. He holds a master's degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas and a bachelor's degree in Journalism/Business Communications, also from KU. Mike's responsibilities include leadership over the areas of strategic planning, business development, marketing, public relations, volunteer services and fundraising.

     
 

Pat Katzer, Vice President/Operations of Olathe Medical Services, Inc. She received her bachelor's degree in Health Science Management. Pat belongs to the Medical Group Management Association and is a Certified Medical Practice Executive. Pat brings more than 30 years of experience in clinical and administrative duties.

     
    David Klimek, Vice President of Human Resources, joined Olathe Health System in 2007. He received a bachelor's degree from the University of Nebraska and a master's degree in Management from Baker University. Mr. Klimek has over 30 years of Human Resource Management experience. He obtained the Senior Certified Professional designation from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM-SCP) and is a member of the Employment Practices Network of Kansas City and the Johnson County Society of Human Resource Management.
     
Paul Luce  

Paul Luce, Vice President/Operations at Miami County Medical Center, joined Olathe Health System in 1998. He holds bachelor's degrees in Nursing and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a master's degree in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Paul is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow (FACHE) of the American College of Healthcare Executives.  Paul is very active with various community boards and community service organizations.

     
 

Randy Rahman, Vice President & Chief Information Officer, joined Olathe Health System in 2014. He holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a master's degree in Business Administration with concentration in Information System Management from Keller Graduate School of Management. He is a member of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and the College of Healthcare Information Management Executives (CHIME). He has guided three different health systems to reach HIMSS EMR adoption level 6 and one system to achieve level 7. He also serves in many HIT committees, including several local and regional health information exchanges.

     
    Cathy Wiens, Vice President/Corporate Compliance, joined Olathe Health System in 1999. She holds a bachelor's degree in Psychology from MidAmerica Nazarene University and a master's degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University. Cathy is a member of the Health Care Compliance Association and is certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board. Cathy has served in various hospital leadership positions over the last twenty years, including patient access, quality and risk management, business development and compliance.
