Our Leadership Team

Jason Hannagan, CEO, joined Olathe Health in 2019. In addition to building upon the successes of the Olathe Health Physicians’ culture, engagement, and business operations, Jason is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall guidance/advice in all legal services areas affecting the Olathe Health organization. Jason is an accomplished healthcare attorney who brings over 18 years of professional legal experience, including Senior Counsel/General Counsel at DST Systems/Argus Health Systems, Assistant General Counsel at Via Christi Health, and most recently as VP, Assistant General Counsel at Ardent Health in Nashville, TN. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Journalism and Political Science from Kansas State University, an MBA from Lipscomb University School of Business, in Nashville, TN, and his Juris Doctor from Indiana University School of Law in Indianapolis.

Chris Courtney, Chief Nursing Officer, joined Olathe Health in 2020. She is responsible for providing strategic leadership and overall guidance/advice to our nursing organization and related efforts. Chris is a seasoned healthcare leader who brings over 15 years of nursing leadership experience, with five-plus years at the CNO level. Her most recent roles were Vice President of Nursing at Holmes Regional Medical Center in West Melbourne, FL, and Chief Nursing Officer at Providence Healthcare Network (Ascension Health) in Waco, TX. Chris holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice from Capella University, an MS in Nursing from Loyola University (New Orleans), a BA in Healthcare Management from Webster University (St. Louis) and her Diploma in Nursing from Waikato Polytechnic in Hamilton, New Zealand.

Jeff Dossett, Chief Operating Officer, is an experienced acute healthcare leader with over 20 years of experience in operations, ancillary and support services. In April 2019, Jeff joined the Olathe Health leadership team. Prior to joining Olathe Health, Jeff worked in multiple leadership roles for Tenet Healthcare and for the past four years at Abrazo West Campus as Chief Operating Officer. He is married and has two children. His major strengths include building trust, empowering leadership with a deliberate focus on patient, family, physician, and associate satisfaction and improving operational efficiencies while enhancing quality outcomes.
Mike Jensen, FACHE, Chief Strategy Officer, joined Olathe Health in 2006. He holds a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Kansas and a bachelor’s degree in Journalism/Business Communications, also from KU. Mike’s responsibilities include leadership over the areas of strategic planning, business development, marketing, public relations, volunteer services and fundraising.
Paul Luce, Administrator at Miami County Medical Center, joined Olathe Health in 1998. He holds bachelor’s degrees in Nursing and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Kansas and a master’s degree in Nursing from MidAmerica Nazarene University. Paul is board certified in healthcare management as a Fellow (FACHE) of the American College of Healthcare Executives.  Paul is very active with various community boards and community service organizations.
Cathy Wiens, Chief Compliance Officer, joined Olathe Health in 1999. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from MidAmerica Nazarene University and a master’s degree in Health Services Administration from Central Michigan University. Cathy is a member of the American Society for Healthcare Risk Management and the Health Care Compliance Association. She is certified in Healthcare Compliance by the Compliance Certification Board. Cathy has served in various hospital leadership positions over the last 25 years, including patient access, quality and risk management, business development and compliance. Her current responsibilities include serving as the System Risk Manager and Corporate Compliance Officer, as well as providing leadership for quality reporting, performance improvement, regulatory compliance and accreditation readiness.

Nick Sindorf, Vice President/Chief Information Officer, joined Olathe Health in May 2012 and has served in several leadership roles. Prior to joining Olathe Health, he served in Healthcare and Information Technology. Nick holds a Master’s Degree in Information Systems Management with an Emphasis in Health Information Systems Management.
