Celebrate American Heart Month

hearts

February is American Heart Month. Heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States. By exercising regularly, avoiding tobacco, eating a nutritious diet, and monitoring cholesterol and blood pressure, you can decrease the chances of developing cardiovascular disease.

Olathe Health System is committed to raising awareness about the serious impact of cardiovascular disease and helping area residents take steps to help prevent it. We are proud to provide a number of free and low-cost screenings during the month of February to help you learn more about your risk for developing heart disease and take steps to prevent it.
